Thursday’s Headlines

Thursday, January 7th, 2010

Here in SF, we have different headlines in the paper than most of you. Not to mention the front page of the sports page is literally green, sports and “going green” don’t mix, nor should they.

Today, got back to my desk, looked at my phone, and my cousin Clay had sent me a message asking if I felt the earthquake. I found out the ballpark is built to shock the earthquake, making it hard to feel when inside the gates, so no, I didn’t feel the quake that registered a 4.1, but yes it did happen.

In other news, the seals may have been found. These seals that are famously known for chillin on San Francisco’s Pier 39 at Fisherman’s Wharf. I know this was a large concern to mainly Hambone and Taterbottoms, but things are looking up for out little whiskered friends… maybe Oregon is just a better place for these guys to celebrate National Oatmeal Month, aka January.
